The process of litigation can be vexxing to clients because they expect the process to be a quick fix, however, this process can take years and here is a breakdown of the process in order to manage one’s expectations. Everyone, according to the consitution, has the right to be heard, therefore despite how one may believe that they have been wronged, the Courts will always make room for all parties to be heard, hence the litigation process may seem onerous.
